Rudy Mazurosky is president of Prime Publishers, Inc. and publisher of the newspaper firm’s Voices, Voices Weekender and Town Times print publications, along with VoicesNews.com and TownTimesnews.com online editions. Voices and Voices Weekender, is the Wednesday and Saturday newspaper, respectively, of Southbury, Heritage Village, South Britain, Middlebury, Oxford, Seymour, Woodbury, Bethlehem, New Preston, Washington, Washington Depot, Roxbury, Bridgewater, Monroe, Sandy Hook, Newtown and Naugatuck, Connecticut. Town Times is the Thursday newspaper of Watertown and Oakville, Connecticut.

A veteran of more than 50 years in the newspaper business, Mr. Mazurosky held a variety of advertising and management positions in daily newspapers before joining Prime Publishers in 1980 as a partner, then full owner in subsequent years. Joined in the operation of the business over the years by his children – Annette, Kurt, Laura and Walter – and wife, Trudy, Prime Publishers is truly a family owned and operated, independent newspaper publishing company.

Mr. Mazurosky is a past president of Kiwanis, twice president of the Southbury, Woodbury, Middlebury (Tribury) Rotary Club, a former director of the Southbury Business Association and a current director of the Woodbury Business Association.
